What will you be doing?
As a Vessel Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of the operations, safety, and performance of your assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational guidance to vessel crews, maintaining a focus on dual-fuel propulsion systems.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimized expenditure while delivering operational improvements.
• Plan and oversee dry-dockings, repairs, and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Lead and mentor Masters and Chief Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Act as the primary liaison for voyage coordination and commercial operations for your vessels.
• Conduct regular vessel visits to ensure compliance, readiness for inspections, and maintenance of equipment to the highest standards.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualifications: Maritime Certificate of Competency (Master/Chief Engineer Unlimited) or equivalent.
• Experience: Expertise in managing vessels with dual-fuel propulsion systems is mandatory. Proven knowledge of technical vessel operations, propulsion systems, and cargo handling in the LNG or similar industries is essential.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to solving complex challenges and delivering results.
