Who are we recruiting for?
Our client is an award-winning maritime operations provider specializing in advanced unmanned surface vehicle (USV) technologies. What will you be doing?

• Operate and navigate Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) to enhance maritime domain awareness and support decision-making.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and effective USV operations, following maritime regulations in any weather conditions, day or night.
• Coordinate closely with the Ops Manager, Coast Guard personnel, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Maintain and log all operational data, including USV position, speed, and engine hours.
• Conduct routine system checks on USV equipment and report any issues to the Ops Manager.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven experience in navigating and operating USVs or similar maritime technology.
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations, including collision regulations (COLREGs).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Desirable: Professional fluency in Arabic, prior experience in the Middle East, STCW certification, or experience with autonomous maritime systems.
