Job Title: Tender Manager Geotechnical

What will you be doing?

As a Tender Manager Geotechnical, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the tender process to produce competitive proposals that meet client specifications and quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the client’s primary contact during the tender phase.
  • Gathering and coordinating information from all relevant departments.
  • Evaluating and mitigating risks within tenders.
  • Calculating costs based on departmental progress and data.
  • Updating tenders according to clarifications and negotiations.
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations, with support from technical and contractual teams.
  • Aligning with established tender processes and handing over to the Project Manager.
  • Analysing the success of tenders and determining bid/no bid decisions.
  • Attending industry exhibitions and conferences to stay informed on market developments.
  • Complying with company policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of management systems.
  • Communicating and enforcing policies and procedures to employees, visitors, and contractors.
