What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of service orders, from quote to completion, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Liaise with vessel agents and coordinate with schedulers to guarantee engineer availability.
• Ensure services meet margin and quality parameters while managing time-sensitive service reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with dynamic teams, including service engineers and planners, to drive operational success.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a 24/7 environment.
• Vocational or bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Driven and detail-focused, with a proactive approach to challenges.
