Job Title: International Service Coordinator
Who are we recruiting for?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global maritime service provider offering cutting-edge bridge electronic solutions and onboard maintenance. This dynamic role ensures the smooth operation of maritime services for a wide range of global customers.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate all worldwide service requests and spare part deliveries for contracted and on-call customers
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (technical, sales, workshop, invoicing) to ensure seamless service
- Provide service confirmations, quotations for worldwide service rates, and ensure availability
- Monitor and manage the ticket system, processing service orders and following up with customer feedback
- Maintain databases while managing and prioritizing service requests based on time zones, urgency, and customer commitments
Are you the ideal candidate?
- You have commercial or maritime qualifications and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and ERP systems
- A team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
- You work effectively under pressure and are eager to learn and grow
