What will you be doing?
As a Project Director you will:

• Lead and manage large-scale subsea and offshore projects from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, fabrication, and installation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with international clients, partners, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Develop strong strategies to mitigate risks and challenges in deep-water environments.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of contract negotiations and project financials.
• Inspire and mentor project teams to achieve outstanding results.

Are you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in managing complex subsea and offshore projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in global markets, including Middle East, Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, West Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
• Expertise in engineering and installation of undersea infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive projects forward with assured confidence.
• Qualifications in Engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Willing to travel internationally
