O&M Procurement Manager

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic O&M Procurement Manager to join their vibrant and motivated team.

What will you be doing?

• Designing and implementing procurement strategies for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management across multiple geographies.
• Providing OPEX cost estimations and forecasts in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
• Leading Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure optimal O&M and Asset Management models.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to align strategies with company goals and industry best practices.
• Managing supplier relationships, conducting market screenings, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified professional with a degree in Engineering or related fields (additional studies in procurement/logistics is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in O&M procurement, with a strong background in supplier and contract management.
• Motivated and determined, with excellent negotiation, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and capable of improving processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and a willingness to travel (20%-30%).
