What will you be doing?

• Lead and execute projects focusing on seabed-structure interaction, including scour protection design and cable stabilization.
• Prepare and deliver successful technical proposals and collaborate with international clients.
• Apply and develop innovative methodologies, from desk studies to physical model testing.
• Share knowledge through publishing research and mentoring team members.
• Drive business development in the offshore wind segment.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified M.Sc./M.Eng. in marine or hydraulic engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in scour and scour protection design in the offshore environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and a network within the offshore wind sector.
• Scripting skills with Python or MATLAB and experience in project management.
• Motivated and collaborative with excellent English communication skills.
