Job title: Expert in Offshore Wind Engineering

What will you be doing?
- Lead and execute projects focusing on seabed-structure interaction, including scour protection design and cable stabilization.
- Prepare and deliver successful technical proposals and collaborate with international clients.
- Apply and develop innovative methodologies, from desk studies to physical model testing.
- Share knowledge through publishing research and mentoring team members.
- Drive business development in the offshore wind segment.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified M.Sc./M.Eng. in marine or hydraulic engineering with 10+ years of experience.
- Proven expertise in scour and scour protection design in the offshore environment.
- Strong commercial mindset and a network within the offshore wind sector.
- Scripting skills with Python or MATLAB and experience in project management.
- Motivated and collaborative with excellent English communication skills.
