What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of supply chain operations for their North American projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports the successful deployment of our innovative technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement robust logistics plans for the transportation and delivery of equipment and materials across North America.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of domestic content goals for projects in North America.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

  • You possess a Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations within the energy sector, with a focus on EPC projects, is essential.
  • You have a proven track record of success in leading and managing supply chain teams, achieving operational excellence, and driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures is a must.
  • You are a Strategic Thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a Results-Oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and achieving ambitious goals.
  • You are a Collaborative Leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are Flexible and Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
