With a game-changing wind propulsion system, the company is ready to deliver significant fuel savings and emissions reduction for both retrofit and newbuild vessels.
What will you be doing?
As the Head of Sales, you will be leading efforts to engage with global ship owners seeking advanced solutions to reduce fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Your focused approach will be essential in helping the company expand its market presence. You will:
- Lead the global sales strategy, targeting ship owners looking to reduce emissions and transition to more sustainable operations.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies that introduce the company’s unique AirWing technology to shipping clients across the globe.
- Manage and coordinate sales agents across different regions globally to ensure market penetration.
- Manage all aspects of sales negotiations from start to finish, ensuring the seamless transition from initial contact to closing, while working closely with the Technical team to meet customer needs.
- Inspire and build lasting relationships with ship owners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions, from concept to installation and commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing the Award-Winning AirWing and building the company’s profile within the shipping industry.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Have a strong background in the maritime and shipping industry, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Are experienced in end-to-end sales processes, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and work closely with technical teams.
- Are passionate about sustainability and emissions reduction, with knowledge of green technologies or propulsion systems a significant advantage.
- Possess Assured communication and interpersonal skills, able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within the maritime sector.
- Have a motivated and attitude, with a focus on achieving growth in a growing innovative environment.
- Are highly Focused on delivering exceptional results and growing the company’s footprint across global shipping markets.
