Who are we recruiting for?

What will you be doing?
- Document Management: Efficiently manage all project documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Control and Distribution: Implement document control procedures to maintain revision control, distribution, and retrieval of documents both electronically and in hard copy formats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate document exchange and ensure timely access to updated project information.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of documents to verify compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Reporting: Generate reports on document status, progress, and issues for project management and stakeholders as required.
- Documentation Systems: Utilize document management software and tools effectively to organize, track, and retrieve documents, ensuring efficient project operations.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to project team members on document control procedures and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within document control workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Experience as a Document Controller in the construction or renewable energy industry, with a solid understanding of document control practices and standards.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools such as SharePoint, Documentum, or Procore.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to document control in construction or energy sectors.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Italian is essential.
