Our client, a unique and award-winning leader in marine technology and offshore energy solutions, is seeking a motivated and proactive Contracts Analyst. What will you be doing?

• Reviewing, qualifying, negotiating, and advising on contracts across all phases of activity, from pre-qualification to post-contract support.
• Attending contractual meetings with stakeholders, clients, and third parties to drive clarity and effective negotiation.
• Implementing and refining contracting policies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant legal developments to provide informed, proactive advice.
• Managing contractual documentation and presenting risk analyses to key stakeholders.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Experienced in the marine or offshore energy industries with a solid understanding of industry-standard contracts (LOGIC, NEC, FIDIC).
• Possess a degree in Law or a related discipline, with a history in contract-related or legal roles.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and fluent in English.
• A proactive team player with integrity, credibility, and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
