Construction Manager – Wind

Who are we recruiting for?

Our client is a determined, award-winning leader in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to the development and construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. With a strong presence in over 16 countries, they are expanding their vibrant team in Romania. They are seeking a motivated Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale renewable energy projects, including solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS.

What will you be doing?

• Supervising the construction and project management activities for renewable energy projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborating on tendering processes, including RFQ/RFP discussions and contract negotiations.
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution while maintaining quality and compliance with permits.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline project delivery.
• Reporting project status, addressing risks, and recommending solutions to stakeholders.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• A qualified Electrical or Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in renewable energy projects.
• Proven expertise in solar PV, onshore wind, and high-voltage infrastructure construction.
• Skilled in project design discussions, stakeholder communication, and budget management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, and availability to travel.
