What Will You Be Doing?
As the Business Development Manager for the Americas, you will lead all commercial initiatives across the US, Canada, and Latin America, including Brazil. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Brand Growth: Lead commercial efforts to promote cutting-edge shipping solutions and expand the company’s presence across the region.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, charters, and oil majors to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Smart Shipping Solutions: Promote and sell advanced digital solutions that enhance vessel performance, reduce emissions, improve safety standards, and optimise operational costs.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the company’s footprint across the Americas.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning it as a leader in smart shipping technologies.

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with smart shipping technologies, vessel performance optimisation, and emission reduction solutions.
  • Regional Experience: In-depth knowledge of the shipping landscape across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Brazil, with a focus on strategic market development.
  • Leadership Skills: A proactive, strategic approach with the ability to lead commercial initiatives and drive growth across the region.
