What will you be doing?
As a Bid Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving business development and revenue growth. In this global role, you will:
- Oversee end-to-end management of RFI/RFP processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
- Develop unique, creative, and compelling bid content that communicates the company’s strong value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver assured responses aligned with business objectives.
- Research market trends and competitors to craft improved proposal strategies.
- Take ownership of bid processes, introducing process improvements to ensure success.
- Maintain a vibrant and refreshed database of RFX questions, ensuring content is accurate and competitive.
- Engage directly with prospects to clarify requirements, build strong relationships, and gather actionable feedback.
- Support the sales and partnerships teams with strategic and administrative tasks, enabling motivated and successful operations.
Are you the ideal candidate?
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experienced in RFX management with a strong track record targeting Fortune 500 companies in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A creative, assured communicator with excellent English written and verbal skills (additional languages like French, German, or Dutch are a plus).
- Determined and focused, with strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated by technology, with a software background or the ability to learn tools quickly.
- Passionate about procurement, sales, marketing, and data analytics.
