This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, creative, and motivated Bid Manager to join a vibrant team in Caen. What will you be doing?
As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the bid process from start to finish, ensuring the submission of high-quality proposals that meet the client’s objectives and exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to contract award.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather information and create compelling bid content.
  • Leading bid strategy sessions, ensuring a clear, focused approach to winning new contracts.
  • Writing and editing high-quality proposals, with a focus on creativity, clarity, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Ensuring all bids are delivered on time and meet the company’s standards of quality and excellence.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the bid process and implementing these improvements for future success.
  • Collaborating with the sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all submissions.

  • A strong background in the Marine Renewable Energy industry, or similar sectors.
  • Experience in managing complex bid processes and leading teams to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A proactive, determined, and creative mindset with a passion for sustainability.
  • Knowledge of software tools such as MS Office and project management applications.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
