What will you be doing?

• Managing a portfolio of prospects and accounts in the APAC region, introducing innovative tools that transform communication for maritime organizations.
• Driving new business development while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Acting as the CEO of your own business, evangelizing the company’s AI-powered platform, and consistently exceeding targets.
• Streamlining communication and reducing operational friction for key players in the maritime sector, including owner-operators, charterers, and port agents.
• Coaching and mentoring a junior Account Executive, ensuring their professional growth and success.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same!

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the maritime, logistics, or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and AI-powered technology solutions.
• Motivated, driven, and determined to exceed targets and deliver results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Must be based full-time in Singapore to effectively coach and support the junior AE.
