Referral Submission:
The referrer should provide accurate contact information for themselves and the referred candidate.
Eligibility:
The referred candidate must not be an existing candidate in the Executive Integrity database.
Successful Placement:
The £250 donation to the charity of the referred candidate’s choice will be made only if the referred candidate is successfully placed in a position by Executive Integrity.
Placement is considered successful after the referred candidate has completed their probationary period as defined by the hiring company.
Charity Selection:
The referred candidate must provide the charity of their choice for the donation within 30 days of their successful placement.
The charity must be a registered, non-profit organization.
Donation Process:
Executive Integrity will make the £250 donation to the selected charity within 60 days of the successful placement of the referred candidate.
Multiple Referrals:
Referrers can make multiple referrals and earn multiple donations for each successfully placed candidate.
Disputes:
In case of any disputes or discrepancies, Executive Integrity’s decision will be final.
