Job Title: Project Consultant – Marine Operations Shipping/Maritime Software Service & Support
Location: Hamburg, Germany

Who are we recruiting for?
Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled Project Consultant to lead their maritime software implementation projects and deliver world-class service and support.

What will you be doing?

• Spearhead project planning and execution across the product implementation lifecycle.
• Deliver technical and business solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive post-implementation support.
• Lead independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified with a Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering/Nautical studies or related fields.
• Accomplished with 3-4 years of operational experience as a 3rd engineer or technical superintendent.
• Proficient in PMS, dry-docking, safety, and operations fleet management software.
• Experienced in customer relationship management within the service and support domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
