We are seeking a Qualified and Motivated Senior Tender Manager to join a pioneering company dedicated to transforming the offshore wind industry through technology, AI, and robotic automation. What will you be doing?

• Leading the end-to-end tendering process for integrated services and technology-led solutions.
• Managing and guiding the tender team, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with business development and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of client requirements, cost assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to drive effective collaboration.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 5+ years of proven experience in tender management within the maritime, renewables, or offshore industries.
• Strong leadership qualities with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable understanding of commercial risk and operational requirements for marine geophysical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, proposal development, and submission processes.
