• Leading the full investment cycle, from sourcing startups to closing deals.

• Conducting in-depth due diligence and developing data-driven investment recommendations.

• Structuring deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful execution.

• Mentoring Associates and contributing to investment strategy development.

• Growing into a leadership role with clear career progression opportunities.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• 2-3 years+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a comparable investment role.

• Strong track record of leading deals in B2B technology, industrial innovation, or deep-tech sectors.

• Exceptional financial analysis, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

• Passion for emerging sectors such as maritime, logistics, and energy transition.
