Job Title: Senior / Principal Geoscientist – Project Assurance
Location: UK (Hybrid Working Available)

What will you be doing?

• Leading technical projects to deliver optimal solutions for offshore energy clients.
• Mentoring and guiding team members while contributing to business growth.
• Overseeing geophysical and geotechnical site investigations, from scoping to execution.
• Developing integrated ground models and identifying geohazards with mitigation strategies.
• Managing projects with autonomy, working alongside world-leading engineers on global initiatives.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Degree in Geophysics, Geology, or Engineering Geology (postgraduate degree preferred).
• Proven experience in engineering consultancy, particularly in offshore wind and site investigation management.
• Expertise in software such as GIS, Kingdom, or similar tools.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and manage contracts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
