• Qualified professional with experience in account management, preferably in maritime SaaS, crewing, or HR tech.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales strategies, with a determined, results-driven mindset.
• Brave, assured communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a strong, vibrant service approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field is preferred.
