Job Title: M&A Financial Analyst

What will you be doing?

• Leading financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring improved investment strategies.
• Conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and risk assessments to support brave decision-making.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and inspired deal-making.
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify vibrant investment opportunities.
• Providing financial insights to strengthen negotiations and optimise transaction structures.
• Supporting post-merger integration to maximise synergies and efficiency.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Experience in M&A, investment banking, or financial advisory within renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Qualified in finance, economics, or related field (CFA, ACA, or MBA a plus).
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with a creative problem-solving approach.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
• Assured communicator with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
