With the HSEQ team central to their operations, they ensure top-tier compliance with safety, environmental, and navigational policies across their fleet.

What will you be doing?

• Managing SMS-related documentation and updates as instructed by the HSEQ Manager.
• Coordinating with internal committees for incident investigation, audits, and change management.
• Planning and conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification bodies.
• Supporting security operations under the CSO authority, including Ship Security Plans (SSP).
• Providing guidance on education and training for both shore staff and crew.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Must have LNG, LPG or other Gas carrier sailing experience – Preferably Master/Captain, however we’ll consider Chief Officer profiles.
• Must have some form of shoreside, HSEQ/HSE/HSSE focused experience, for at least 1 year.
• Advanced Tanker Safety Training (Gas) and internal auditor certification are mandatory. ISO experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong experience with TMSA & SIRE audits
