What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored digital solutions.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to shipowners and managers, delivering innovative presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment between client needs and solution offerings.
- Representing the company at industry events, networking with global professionals to enhance brand visibility.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 2-3 years of prior B2B sales experience working for a technology provider.
- Experience in IT, telecommunications, satellite, or maritime industries, with a focus on selling maritime electronics (e.g., bridge & navigation equipment, NAVCOM) or satellite connectivity solutions (e.g., VSAT, cyber technology).
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and multitask effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM.
- A BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a related field.
