What will you be doing?

• Leading global customer projects, ensuring smooth execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Taking charge of project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, coordination, and process improvements.
• Driving digitalized processing of sea freight imports and exports and overseeing cutting-edge supply chain management solutions.
• Collaborating with diverse teams such as Sales, Technology, Business Implementation, Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure project success.
• Managing internal projects, including IT system integration and process/product development.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Solid education in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex international projects in the supply chain industry.
• Certified project management expertise (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• A problem-solver who thrives on finding innovative solutions and going the extra mile.
• Fluent in English and German; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
