Who are we recruiting for?

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Project Engineer that will provide project engineering leadership and expertise to a variety of FSRU/LNGC Newbuild Projects, Conversion Projects, and the existing fleet, driven by development projects worldwide

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

• Provide project engineering leadership and expertise to LNG carriers and FSRU modifications driven by development projects worldwide.
• Manage projects, including stability booklet updates, weight estimates, vessel drawing updates, and major upgrades to vessel systems from inception through commissioning.
• Monitor financial status of assigned work scopes and submit accurate forecasts for project budgets.
• Prepare project work packs with clear and concise descriptions of work, technical details, and material requirements.
• Prepare cost/time/resource plans, purchase specifications, and documentation.
• Inspect vendor work progress and expediting, ensuring compliance with project and company requirements.
• Supervise project teams and contractors to ensure efficient implementation of work scope specifications.

Are you the ideal candidate?

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of project engineering experience in the offshore oil and gas industry or large industrial/marine construction projects.
• Experience in LNG-related operations preferred or LNG terminal constructions
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for development and modification of drawings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency.
