They’re searching for a strong, motivated, and assured sales leader to take their Go-To-Market strategy to the next level. What will you be doing?

• Leading, inspiring, and coaching a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve ambitious targets.
• Leveraging expertise from large SaaS organisations to implement “what good looks like” across the team and processes.
• Personally driving and closing high-value deals (ACVs ranging from $50K to $2M+), acting as a player/coach.
• Developing and executing creative strategies to scale the business across international markets.
• Travelling globally to meet clients, expand relationships, and align the sales team with international goals.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven sales expertise from a large SaaS company, with additional experience in a vertical software business at the $5-50M ARR range.
• A strong track record of delivering results and building successful teams.
• Confident and comfortable with high-value ACVs and complex deal cycles.
• Maritime experience or a global mindset is a plus.
• MBA or business degree preferred but not essential.
