Who are we recruiting for?
Our client is a rapidly growing player in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to expanding their footprint across Europe. With a focus on developing and commercializing renewable energy assets, they are at the forefront of shaping sustainable energy solutions in the region.
What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and securing offtake agreements: Lead the negotiation and execution of long-term and short-term PPAs and other necessary contracts to optimize the commercialization of energy assets under development.
  • Relationship management: Manage relationships with local consultants supporting PPA activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and overseeing their deliverables.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with project finance, development, management, and technical teams to ensure contract terms align with project schedules, costs, and risk profiles.
  • Tender processes: Prepare and manage tender processes such as RFPs and RFIs for the project pipeline, engaging with various stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.
  • Commercial strategy: Contribute to shaping the overall commercial strategy for power offtake within the asset portfolio, focusing on Southern European countries, initially Italy.
Are you the ideal candidate?
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance, legal, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy with a proven track record in closing offtake agreements.
  • Network: Established connections within Southern European energy sectors and familiarity with local tender processes.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of large-scale renewable energy projects and corporate structures, including structured project finance and PPA terms.
  • Skills: Attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset to drive successful outcomes.
