Who are we recruiting for?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent owner and operator of Floating LNG infrastructure. With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, our client plays a vital role in the global LNG supply chain, providing essential infrastructure solutions to meet the growing demand for clean energy.
What will you be doing?
- Conducting detailed financial analyses and modelling to support investment decisions, project evaluations, and financial planning.
- Analysing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other financial metrics to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Performing comprehensive market research to track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the LNG market.
- Developing reports and presentations summarizing market insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Collecting, organizing, and analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Supporting project management activities, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans and business models.
- Assisting in identifying and evaluating strategic initiatives to enhance competitive position and growth prospects.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the energy sector.
- Knowledge of the LNG industry and global energy markets is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
